Halong bay is one of the world s natural wonders - a bay with more than 3,000 islands, which time, wind and waves have sculpted into fantastic shapes. The best way to appreciate this magical scene is from a boat, cruising between these karst cliffs, which loom like fairy-tale castles, complete with rocky spires and hidden caves. The bay is dotted with tiny islands, pristine sandbanks on the turquoise water providing an excellent backdrop for swimming or just lazing about on the junk boat.
At 8.00, tour guide will meet you at your hotel in Halong city, then start the Halong day trip and get on aboard your boat cruising around this magnificent bay and among thousands islands that jut out of the sea with its spectacular natural environment you will also have the opportunity to stop at two most beautiful of the many grottoes of Halong Bay.
The first stop on this full day cruise is Dong Thien Cung (Heavenly Palace Grotto), located on a remote island in the bay. As the name suggests, the cave adorned with fantastic stalactites and stalagmites. Colored lights transform the scene into a fairytale palace. Dau Go Cave with History of Vietnam’s fight Mongolian 13th Century!
Enjoy fresh seafood lunch on board while continue cruising to the southern part of the Bay. Afterwards, we visit floating village and visiting Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) before Cruise back to Halong City.
