We had such a fun morning with our guide/chef from the cooking class. Our day started with a quick tour of the market to buy ingredients and explanation of some of the more unusual things for sale there. This was followed by a fun morning of cooking a three course meal under instruction and eating our delicious freshly prepared food.
*Saigon Cooking Class*
At 9:40, the chef will bring you back by Taxi (fee included) to our cooking class.
At 10.00, hands-on cooking class, in a warm atmosphere, participants cook all together with Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques. You will use Vietnamese kitchenware to realize and enjoy a tasty 3 courses meal plus a delicious seasonal dessert. During the class you just concentrate on the pleasure of discovering and cooking, we'll give you all the detailed recipes at the end.
Of course we will adapt the menu to vegetarians or allergic people, please let us know your booking in advance so we can accommodate you.
At 13.00, say goodbye with the chef and friendly staff, see you again!
The quotation for group: $45/ 1 person, maximum 12 guests.
