Spend a day rock climbing in the hills mountains of Mai Chau, a lush province of northern Vietnam. Cycle your way through a sea of green rice paddies and stunning scenery to the base of the limestone cliffs, where your expert guides will harness you up and literally show you the ropes!  Climb as high as you dare for fantastic panoramic views of the area.

Your adventure starts with an easy cycle down a winding valley road as you wave to the minorities who live in stilt houses, see buffalos wallowing in mud, and lots of beautiful scenery before arriving at the climbing site.

Here, your professional guides will secure a rope that allows you to scale the rocks worry-free. They will also give a safety lecture that explains the basics of rock climbing, including the commands to use before your ascent. The climbing routes range from beginner to intermediate, allowing you to test your mental and physical limits. Climb as high or as low as you wish, but don’t forget to take in the stunning valley views! As the sun sets, cycle back to Mai Chau.
