Discover Sapa’s breathtaking scenery on this full-day adventure through the cascading rice terraces and lush valleys surrounding Y Linh Lo. As you traverse the hills and trails of this quieter part of Sapa, stop along the way to learn about local village life and customs.
FULL ITINERARY:
Walk south of Sapa towards the busy village of Cat Cat, passing through the picturesque valleys around Y Linh Ho. Trek along emerald paddy fields above a deep river gorge before arriving on the river bank. Dip your toes in the cool mountain waters and watch local children fishing with nets. Hike deeper through the villages and terraces of the Black H’mong, taking in some of Vietnam’s best panoramas. Enjoy lunch with a view at a local village restaurant before continuing through the valley towards the village of Lao Chai. Learn about Batik making, a traditional part of H’mong culture. Join a hands-on master Batik class led by a local expert and take your creation home! Afterwards, head to Ta Van village where you will be picked up and transferred back to your hotel in Sapa.
