Day 1: Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Ba Be National Park – Ba Be lakes
Distance: 250km, duration: 6 hours
8:00am: start your exploring North East Vietnam Package Tour 6 days by departing Hanoi for a drive through the Red River Delta north along Highway 3 to Thai Nguyen

Having lunch at local restaurant along the way
Heading to Bac Can town then into the mountainous area of Ba Be National Park
Free time for walking along the lakes inside the national park, dinner and overnight in home stay close to Ba Be Lakes

Day 2: Ba Be Lakes Boat Trip - Drive to Cao Bang
Distance: 120km, duration: 3 hours and half
Waking up early to enjoy the atmosphere of Vietnam's only natural mountain lake eco-system
After breakfast preparing by member of homestay, exploring green pearl lakes with lush forest clinging to the surrounding mountains
Continue to Nang river for visiting Puong cave, admiring the limestone formation, also enjoy easy walking to Dau Dang Waterfall
Back to homestay for lunch, then heading north through the mountains to Cao Bang city, stop en-route several time of nice photos of natural mountain trail, dinner and overnight in hotel

After breakfast in hotel, on the way of a scenic day visiting knife and scissor making traditional handicraft village of Nung ethnic, taking nice photos of the unique landscape includes limestone karst formations soaring from the verdant rice paddies of Tay, Nung and Dzao ethnic minority groups

Day 4: Cao Bang – Dong Dang Market – Three Caves of temple - Lang Son
Distance: 150km, duration: 4 hours and half
Leaving the city after breakfast, heading to national road 4 winds its way through steep mountainous passes with spectacular vistas to Lang Son
Stop along the way to take photos of imposing landscape and colorful minorities of Dzao, Man,Tho and Nung or short visiting historical sites
Arriving Dong Dang market, walking around to know the busy borderline market with modern product, visiting temple of holy mother and have lunch here
Vising the ruins of the Mac Dynasty Citadel that, Tam Thanh Cave contains a pond and offers great views of the surrounding farmlands, Nhi Thanh Cave, formed by the river that flows through it, has poems carved into the entrance by the man who discovered the cave in the 18th century
Have dinner and overnight at hotel in Lang Son

Day 5: Lang Son - Halong bay – Halong Cruise
Distance: 200km, duration: 4 hours and half

Check in cruise in Halong harbor with welcome juice, having lunch while cruising emerald waterway of Halong bay – the most highlight of North East or in Vietnam
Visiting one of the biggest and most beautiful caves of Ha Long Bay as Sung Sot cave to get amazing limestone formation from billion years
Climbing to the top Ti Top island to get panoramic view of Halong bay and nice swimming of white yellow sandy beach, or exploring the bay by kayaking
