Tour Itinerary in Detail
Day 1: Ha Noi – Ha Giang
leaving Hanoi for a full day journey to Ha Giang remote town, through tea plantation in Phu Tho but the North East Vietnam Private Tour 8 Days really begins after lunch, on the scenic route rice paddies field and green mountains towing upon you Arriving Hagiang province area that means the spectacular of rice terraced field dotting with houses on stilts of ethnic as Nung, Tay appearing, it’s time for us to walk around their village and have first contact with friendly colorful minority
After 300km driving, arriving Hagiang town for check in hotel, dinner and overnight here

Day 2: Ha Giang – Meo Vac
After having breakfast, start driving early for great day of imposing mountain landscape along the way, firstly, heading to Quang Ba heaven gate to have grant mountain view
Passing through adventure zigzag trail to Yen Minh, another great time for photos of fantastic mountainous landscape, having lunch here After short time resting, keep on driving to the remote region of Dong Van is a land of rugged mountains and beautiful hill villages which are unchanged for centuries

Day 3: Meo Vac – Ba Be Lakes
Visit MeoVac (on Sunday) location of Lo Lo, White H’mong…with its colorful fabric stalls, cattle market, busy food sections
Have breakfast, then keep on your tour to Ba Be Lakes, the roads are very bumpy and zigzagging however we will have a chance to meet the Hmong, Dao, Tay and Nung ethnic minorities who make for the main population of this region
We are sure to attract their attention as this part of the country receives very few visitors, visiting the local market – meeting point of Black &flower Lolo, the Sanchi, Tay
Having lunch on the way then continue to Ba Be national park through mountain trail of Nguyen Binh
Have dinner and stay overnight in tranquil Ba Be lake at Pac Ngoi homestay

Day 4: Ba Be Lakes –Cao Bang
After breakfast in homestay, explore Ba Be eco natural lakes by boat trip through three lakes to Nang River which is the main water source of the lake.
This exciting river trip will give us a taste of the tranquil countryside and an enjoyable exploration of the Ba Be National Park We traverse en route the Puong Grotto before stopping at some nearby hill tribe villages and getting off the beaten track to the scenic Dau Dang Waterfalls
Back to homestay for lunch, then driving to Caobang, passing through adventure pass of Giang and Gio with spectacular mountain view
Arriving Cao Bang around 4 hour driving, check in hotel and dinner in Caobang

Day 5: Cao Bang –Bang Gioc Waterfall
After breakfast at hotel, depart to Ban Doc Waterfall to enjoy the very nice scenery along the way with water wheeling handmade by the Nung People, which brings water from the stream to the rice fields.
Take a visit to Nguom Ngao Cave, a big and yet unexplored cave with extraordinary natural stalactites (please wear appropriate shoes and shorts, since you most likely will get wet)
Continue to Ban Doc Waterfall, which shares the river border with China. Take a boat trip to the waterfall, where you will meet visitors from China, who also come here to enjoy the atmosphere of the famous waterfall on the same river
Have lunch at local restaurant, then on the way back to Cao Bang visiting Nung traditional handicraft village of knife
Have dinner and overnight in Cao Bang

Day 6: Cao Bang – Lang Son
Distance: 150km, duration: 4 hours and half Leaving the city after breakfast, heading to national road 4 winds its way through steep mountainous passes with spectacular vistas to Lang Son
Stop along the way to take photos of imposing landscape and colorful minorities of Dzao, Man,Tho and Nung or short visiting historical sites
Arriving Dong Dang market, walking around to know the busy borderline MARKET with modern product, visiting temple of holy mother and have lunch here
Vising the ruins of the Mac Dynasty Citadel that, Tam Thanh Cave contains a pond and offers great views of the surrounding farmlands, Nhi Thanh Cave, formed by the river that flows through it, has poems carved into the entrance by the man who discovered the cave in the 18th century
Have dinner and overnight at hotel in Lang Son

Day 7: Lang Son – Ha Long – Cruise Halong Bay
Drive to Halong bay through the lush of Red River vegetation. Arrival Halong bay pier and check-in registration, board our boat for a stunning cruise amongst towering limestone backdrop while enjoying lunch on board. The cruise will take you by exotic islets with shapes of Dog, Incense Urn, Sail, Fighting Cocks, which are naturally formed by process of erosion between the see water and limestone mountains. Arrive Surprise Cave for a visit and then explore the highlight of Halong bay Luon grotos by bamboo a row sampan, this cave is a natural tunnel thrusts through a mountain's foot and leads to an exotic lagoon surrounded by mountains covered by dense jungle. Seafood dinner and optional night paddle. Overnight on Halong cruise (twin A.C cabin)

Day 8: Ha Long Departure
Our boat once again sets sail through breathtaking secluded Halong bay, a new day wake you up with joys and emotions in an early morning for watching sunrise on sea. Disembark, transfer to the airport, ends your northeast Vietnam private tour at the airport
